What if I don’t have insurance?
We know that not everyone in our community has insurance. That’s why we work hard to keep our out-of-pocket fees as low as possible. Our out-of-pocket exam fee is only $150 – half that of the leading urgent care in the New York area.
How can I apply for insurance if I don’t have it?
If you're a resident of New York State and need health insurance, you may be eligible for state-funded programs like Medicaid, Child Health Plus, and the Essential Plan. To apply for these programs, you can visit the NY State of Health website and create an account. From there, you can complete an application and provide information about your income, household size, and other details. You may also be asked to provide documentation to verify your eligibility. Once you've submitted your application, you can compare health plans and choose the one that best fits your needs and budget. You can check your application status online. You may be required to participate in an interview to finalize your enrollment. It's important to note that there are enrollment periods for these programs, so be sure to apply during the appropriate time frame.
How much will my copay be?
The amount that you owe out-of-pocket for your copay will vary depending on your insurance plan, the type of services provided, and other factors. Typically, urgent care visits cost less than $100 out-of-pocket, and may cost as little as $0-$20, depending on your plan’s specifics.
